Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Lead for a remote contract opportunity. The role involves leading the implementation of ORC, driving functional design and configuration, and ensuring integration with PeopleSoft HRMS while optimizing recruiting operations. Responsibilities Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized ORC solutions (minimize customization) Facilitate workshops with HR, recruiting, and business stakeholders Provide 1-2 months of Warranty support Stabilize recruiting operations and optimize user adoption Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud Career Sites and Branding Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) lifecycle Hiring Manager and Recruiter experiences Assess Current Taleo Processes And Identify Opportunities To Simplify workflows Align to Oracle best practices Improve visibility into candidate pipelines and recruiter collaboration Support multi-phase data migration strategy (2-3 years historical data) Participate in mock conversions and validation cycles Partner With Technical Lead To Define data requirements between ORC and PeopleSoft HRMS Align with existing integration patterns where it makes sense Validate functional data flow (requisitions, candidates, hires) Testing & Deployment Lead Functional testing (SIT/UAT) Defect triage and resolution Support production readiness and go-live activities Skills 3+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations Proven ability to deliver standardized (low customization) solutions Experience leading functional workstreams in Waterfall or hybrid environments Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong Experience Configuring Recruiting workflows Strong Experience Configuring Career sites Strong Experience Configuring Candidate lifecycle management Experience replacing Taleo with ORC Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS integrations Familiarity with job board integrations (LinkedIn, Handshake) Experience advising on data/reporting strategy (e.g., downstream analytics platforms) Benefits Medical/dental/vision insurance HSA FSA 401(k) Life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees Salaried personnel receive paid time off Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave Company Overview Kforce is a solutions firm specializing in technology, finance and accounting, and professional staffing services.
