Responsibilities

  • Manage PEO/HRS pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and move deal along in PEO quoting process
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentation and deep PEO/HRS discussions
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Be a product expert on PEO/HRS service offering and understand our competitor landscape
  • Support referring partners regarding RFP’s, quote request, product information, etc
  • Work closely with Channel Account Executive teams to ensure a successful PEO/HRS evaluation and close
  • Lead partner education sessions to encourage proper lead fit and generate excitement with our referral partners for Rippling PEO/HRS

Skills

  • 4+ years successful full-cycle PEO sales experience, selling PEO
  • Excellent presentation skills and zoom presence
  • Deep industry knowledge- PEO, HR solutions, WC, benefits, competitors, etc
  • Strong track record of performance and quota attainment (top 10% of sales org)
  • Experience building funnel through referral partners
  • Experience co-selling with external and internal partners
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
  • Quick thinking, attention to detail, resilience and grit
  • An active Life, Accident & Health license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
