Alliance Animal Health is a fast-growing Veterinary Service Organization seeking a Recruitment Marketing Digital Specialist to enhance their hiring efforts across a network of veterinary hospitals. This role focuses on attracting top veterinary talent through effective recruitment marketing campaigns, job board management, and employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities Partner closely with the Recruitment Marketing Manager and Talent Acquisition to execute recruitment marketing campaigns supporting Alliance Animal Health hospitals and corporate hiring initiatives, leveraging performance marketing strategies across major job boards Assist with job advertising strategies across major job boards, veterinary-specific platforms, social media, and digital sourcing channels, incorporating audience targeting, segmentation, and keyword-driven approaches Support paid campaign execution, sponsored job postings, and recruitment-related promotional efforts Coordinate campaign timelines, content updates, and posting schedules to support hiring priorities, ensuring alignment with campaign lifecycle management and funnel optimization goals Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hospital leaders to ensure recruitment campaigns align with hiring needs, candidate personas, and conversion objectives Create, post, edit, and maintain job advertisements within the ATS and external job boards, ensuring optimized distribution across aggregators and search platforms Optimize job postings using SEO and recruitment marketing best practices to improve search rankings, visibility, click-through rates (CTR), and application conversion rates Ensure postings are accurate, brand-aligned, and compliant with company standards, while maintaining keyword-rich, search-optimized content and consistent messaging Monitor posting performance and assist with troubleshooting job board or vendor-related issues, using platform analytics and performance insights Support recruitment marketing reporting by tracking posting activity and source effectiveness, including KPIs such as impressions, clicks, applies, and cost-per-applicant (CPA) Assist in maintaining consistent employer branding across recruitment touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and optimized digital candidate experience Support the development of recruitment marketing materials, hiring event promotions, social content, and candidate-facing communications, optimized for engagement, discoverability, and conversion across channels Help coordinate recruitment storytelling initiatives including testimonials, hospital highlights, and recruitment collateral, leveraging content marketing and SEO best practices Partner with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to help elevate the Alliance Animal Health employer brand, expanding digital reach, engagement, and organic visibility Track recruitment marketing metrics including applicant flow, source effectiveness, and campaign engagement, using performance analytics to inform optimizations and improve ROI Assist with reporting and recruitment marketing dashboards, analyzing trends across campaign, channel, and funnel performance Maintain recruitment marketing calendars, documentation, and vendor coordination, ensuring alignment with campaign planning and execution workflows Support ongoing process improvements and recruiting operations initiatives, with a focus on campaign optimization, automation, and scalable marketing operations Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, recruitment marketing, paid media, or talent acquisition marketing Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, performance analytics, or SEO Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job distribution platforms preferred Experience with digital platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or similar paid and organic acquisition channels Experience supporting campaign execution and reporting analytics is a plus Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical, data-driven decision-making Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare/veterinary recruiting environments preferred Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, iHire, or other recruitment advertising platforms Experience with SEO tools, keyword research, or digital campaign optimization platforms is a plus Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate), attribution models, and full-funnel marketing strategies Understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media best practices Company Overview Alliance Animal Health is a multi-site owner, operator, and business partner to veterinarians across the United States.
