Learn more at maddoxsites.com. About the Role We are hiring contract Sales Representatives to sell our website and software services to small business owners. This is a remote role, United States only, with flexible hours. What You Will Do - Reach out to small businesses by phone, email, and social media to introduce our services - Walk prospects through what MaddoxSitesCo offers and how it fits their needs - Close deals on website builds and software subscriptions - Hand off signed clients to our build team and keep them updated through delivery - Track your pipeline and report results weekly Compensation This is a performance-based contract role paid per closed deal. Estimated earnings are $25 to $60 per hour based on typical close rates and average deal commissions. Final earnings depend on individual sales results. Typical deal commissions range from $500 to $1,500 per closed client (20 percent of sale value). On top of per-deal pay, contractors earn milestone bonuses $250 at 5 closes, $500 at 8 closes, and $1,000 at 10 closes within the same month.
