They are seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of their insurance platform's integration strategy and technical product initiatives, focusing on building a scalable insurance platform that powers all product offerings. Responsibilities • Own the product roadmap for our insurance platform's integration infrastructure and partner ecosystem • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches • Lead the development of integration frameworks that enable seamless connections with clearinghouses, payers, and other 3rd party solutions • Define and maintain API standards, documentation, and integration patterns • Understand the partnership landscape and lead build/ buy decisions along with other internal teams • Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure integration success, platform stability, and business performance • Manage technical debt and platform scalability considerations Skills • 5+ years of product management, technical program management, or product owner experience, with at least 3 years focusing on technical products or platform development • Strong background in API development, systems integration, and platform architecture • Deep understanding of REST APIs and willingness to learn technologies specific to the insurance ecosystem • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders • Experience managing external vendors • Technical writing and documentation expertise • Project management and organization • Experience working with insurance clearinghouses or insurance technology Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance • 401(k) plan with company match • Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays • Mental health resources • Paid parental leave & Backup Care • Tuition reimbursement • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) • Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay Company Overview • Cloud-based Practice Management Software for Health Professionals.
