SALES EXECUTIVE (RETAIL & HORECA)

Lifeshine Sdn Bhd | Kajang, Selangor

Full-Time RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 + Commission

3–5 Years Experience

Some people wait for leads to come in. You go get them.

If you're the type who builds genuine relationships, walks into a room and owns it, and doesn't stop until the deal is closed — this role was written for you.

WHO WE ARE

Lifeshine is a fast-growing Malaysian consumer brand people actually love. Under our Good umbrella — Good Food Sprouted Mixed Nuts and Good Home bamboo tissue and wet wipes — everything we make is built around health, wellness, and everyday life. We're pushing hard into retail and HORECA, and we need someone sharp, driven, and people-smart to grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and grow new & existing retail accounts — supermarkets, health stores, specialty food outlets
  • Hunt and close new HORECA accounts — hotels, restaurants, cafes, commercial establishments
  • Pitch the Good range to commercial cleaning companies and institutional buyers
  • Build real, lasting relationships with buyers and decision-makers — not just transactional ones
  • Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and deals that work for both sides
  • Hit monthly and quarterly targets — and take full ownership of your numbers
  • Bring back market intelligence — what competitors are doing, where the gaps are, what's next
  • Work closely with logistics and operations so your clients always get what they're promised
YOU'RE THE ONE IF YOU…
  • Have 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food, consumer goods, or hygiene products
  • Already have a network in retail or HORECA — relationships you can activate from day one
  • Are equally good at keeping clients happy and opening new doors
  • Communicate with confidence in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a big plus)
  • Sell by understanding people, not just pushing products
  • Have your own transport and are happy to be out on the road
  • Keep things organised — basic reporting, WhatsApp follow-ups, CRM updates
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
  • Basic salary RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 based on your experience and track record
  • Uncapped commission — the harder you work, the more you earn
  • Expense Claims
  • Medical benefits, EPF, SOCSO, and Malaysian public holidays
  • A growing product portfolio — more SKUs, more categories, more to sell
  • A team that genuinely values what you bring to the table
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU…
  • Get energy from meeting people and building relationships
  • Take pride in your numbers and own them — good or bad
  • Don't wait to be told what to do next
  • Love the feeling of closing a deal you worked hard for
  • Want to grow with a brand that's going places
