Sales Manager to spearhead their business growth in Johor.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing and sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Market Intelligence:

    Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new product opportunities.

  • Brand Growth:

    Plan and lead promotional activities, brand awareness initiatives, and industry-specific exhibitions/forums.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business retention.

  • Team Leadership:

    Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the marketing and sales team to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Operational Excellence:

    Collaborate closely with the sales department to refine customer engagement activities and optimize internal processes.

Requirements

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Marketing Analysis.

  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    5 years of industry-related experience

    , with at least

    2 years in a dedicated management/leadership role

    .

  • Competencies:

    Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and organizational coordination skills.

  • Attributes:
