This position ensures that patient accounts are correctly maintained, claims are submitted without error, and financial reports are generated on time. Key Responsibilities Enter treatment and service information into careerzynith’s electronic health record (EHR) and billing systems with precision and speed. Identify and correct keypunch errors, missing data, or discrepancies; reconcile claim forms to patient bills and verify chart information against trial bills. Generate and distribute internal reports, billing lists, and data extracts to support financial analysis and departmental planning. Prepare standardized, uniform, or customized claim forms for submission to third‑party payors; collaborate with carrier representatives and patients to resolve billing or administrative issues.
