You'll manage multiple client accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, acting as the go-to expert for everything performance marketing.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Own client paid media accounts from onboarding through ongoing management: media plans, budgets, campaign structure, audience strategy, and creative briefs</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads; extend into Microsoft Ads, TikTok and other platforms where relevant</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Run structured testing programs (ad copy, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies) and scale what works</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, offline conversion imports) and ensure data accuracy</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Build clear, insight-driven client reports and present results, learnings, and recommendations directly to clients</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Manage budgets carefully, hitting CPA/ROAS targets</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Stay ahead of platform changes (Privacy Sandbox, AI-driven bidding, new ad formats) and advise clients proactively</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"></p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple client accounts (agency or freelance)</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; you can audit an account and identify wasted spend within an hour</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Strong analytical skills: GA4, spreadsheets, attribution logic, incrementality thinking</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to clients</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus but results matter more</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"></p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads or X Ads experience</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>B2B lead gen experience (LinkedIn ABM, G2/Capterra PPC)</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Programmatic/DSP experience (DV360, StackAdapt)</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Landing page/CRO knowledge (Unbounce, Webflow, A/B testing tools)</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"><span>· </span>Basic scripting or automation (Google Ads Scripts, Supermetrics, Looker Studio)</p><p class="font-claude-response-body"></p><p class="font-claude-response-body"></p><p><strong>The Perks:</strong></p><p>We like to make sure the talent is well taken care of, and here are just some of the benefits you will enjoy:</p><ul><li><p>Top compensation based on expertise – we are only looking for top talent and pay accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Long-term work from home + allowances - we let you work from the comfort of your home + amazing allowances you get to enjoy!</p></li><li><p>Reimbursable allowance of up to 15K for your home office setup</p></li><li><p>Standard 5 day work week from Monday to Friday.</p></li><li><p>Flexible working schedule.
