Key Responsibilities Partner closely with business stakeholders to capture high‑level objectives, translate them into actionable product roadmaps, and shepherd features through the entire development lifecycle. Write clear, concise, and testable user stories, complete with comprehensive acceptance criteria, that align with both strategic goals and day‑to‑day operational needs. Own and continuously refine the product backlog, prioritizing work based on customer impact, regulatory considerations, technical feasibility, and business value. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to conduct usability studies, ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in every design decision and that the final experience feels intuitive, accessible, and delightful. Manage sprint scope, proactively identifying and escalating risks, dependencies, or blockers to keep delivery on track. Guarantee on‑time delivery for each sprint, monitoring progress through burndown charts, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews. Act as the subject‑matter expert for the product, translating business ideas into technical solutions and providing guidance on functional architecture and design. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies—backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives—and champion best practices that drive efficiency and quality. Work hand‑in‑hand with QA, security, and compliance teams to ensure that every increment meets the definition of DONE, including thorough code reviews, functional testing, and security validation. Identify potential regulatory, security, or GxP compliance risks early, facilitate risk assessments, and drive mitigation plans in partnership with stakeholders. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with demonstrable professional experience. Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in an Agile Product Owner role, preferably within a regulated medical‑device or health‑technology environment. Proficiency with industry‑standard collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro, and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles. Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Communities is highly desirable.
