You will also contribute to features that leverage automation and AI-assisted capabilities where they improve user experience and operational efficiency.<br><br>This is a fully remote position where you will be part of a global engineering team working across multiple countries to build reliable, scalable mobile systems.</p><h2><strong>What You'll Own</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, develop and ship high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build intuitive mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate backend APIs while ensuring application stability, scalability and reliability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of professional Android software engineering experience using Kotlin.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience building, shipping and maintaining production Android applications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid understanding of Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM/Clean Architecture).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, mobile architecture and clean code
