This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States. </span></p><div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">What you’ll do:</h2> </div><div><p>The primary function of the Senior Project Manager (EPC) is to serve as liason between the product lines, field sales, and EPC customers during the execution of major sized EPC project orders. In this role, you will have responsibility for successful execution and completion of the project while creating a positive customer experience through a proactive approach to project managment. The Senior Project Manager leverages all available internal resources to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, fulfill contractual requirements, build and maintain positive customer relationships, while managing a positive financial postioin for Eaton. This position works as the primary lead on all aspects of the project, drives positive results from all project stakeholders, facilitates success for all parts of the Eaton business and engages in support and leadership of broader PMO initiatives within the organization.    <br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br>•    The Senior Project Manager will be heavily involved working directly with EPC customers, their end clients, site contractors, Eaton Sales, Eaton Services, and other project stakeholders, to manage fulfilment of equipment and services for all products offered by Eaton to the markets served.<br>•    The Senior Project Manager will engage in technical, commercial and logistical (electrical/mechanical) details of major strategic industrial, utility and commercial project orders. <br>•    The Senior Project Manager will effectively engage with and coordinate internal resources to enable the implementation of the Eaton Business System with Eaton’s equipment manufacturing factories and field services organizations.<br>•    The Senior Project Manager will work to improve performance on logistics and financial management for Eaton and the customer.  <br>•    The Senior Project Manager will mitigate, track, and communicate financial and schedule risks to internal stakeholders.  <br>•    The Senior Project Manager will manage and report financial metrics. <br>•    The Senior Project Manager will seek to collect and communicate lessons learned on the individual customer projects for communication to other project teams engaged with Eaton products, both with the PMO and the Sales Teams. <br>•    The Senior Project Manager will seek out and communicate to sales potential opportunities for increasing product utilization within a customer’s electrical system design through a recognition of available Eaton products. The goal is to create value in the project management process and demonstrate Eaton’s project execution as a key differentiator to separate us from our competitors.<br>•    The Senior Project Manager will:<br>o    Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to less experienced team members.<br>o    Participate in activities such as digital systems power user support roles (internal systems such as project management software, order ERP systems, customer portals and site management software, etc.).<br>o    Participate in and support training of other PMO team members on key initiatives and systems/process advancement initiatives.<br>o    Support tangential organization members such as PEs and PCs and FSEs, providing supplementary coaching and development to aid in their growth and advancement within the organization.</p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Qualifications:</h2> </div><div><p><strong>Basic Qualifications: </strong><br>•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution<br>•    Minimum 7 years of electrical industry experience<br>•    Minimum 7 years project management experience<br>•    Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license<br>•    Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.</p><p><strong><br></strong><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong></p><p>• BS in Electrical Engineering<br>• 10 years of both electrical industry and Project Management experience is preferred, with focus on the Data Center segment.</p><p>• PMP certification preferred.<br>• Prior Eaton Sales or PMO experience<br>• Strong application knowledge of datacenter products including those applied to mission critical power systems (PDU’s, RPP’s, STS’s, busway, 3-phase UPS’s, Switchgear, Transformers, IPA’s).<br>• Experience working with and managing major industrial or utility electrical construction projects</p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Skills:</h2> </div><div><p><strong>Soft skills   </strong> <br>• Ability to apply project management methodologies and strategies to reduce potential project risk throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.<br>• Effective Time Management and organizational skills required: Proven successful track record of working in a fast paced complex datacenter environment.<br>• Market/Competitive Knowledge: knows major competitors in the data center segment and their alignment with major customers and EPCs.<br>• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and situations to achieve superior proactive project order management and customer service.<br>• In-depth knowledge of internal processes from order entry through project closeout, including plant front-end scheduling, engineering / manufacturing process and equipment cycle times.<br>• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and drive action to mutual benefit of both parties ending in order and project success for all involved.<br>• Possess strong computer (Advanced Word Processing, Spreadsheet (Excel), ERP systems including SAP ECC/S4, BidManager, etc.), interpersonal, remote and direct in person communication, and customer service skills.<br>• Team environment, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and demonstrate ability to take ownership of assignment and customer satisfaction.<br>• Passionate about and skilled in continuous improvement and organizational advancement.</p></div></div></div><p><span style="">All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process. All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws. </span></p><p><span style=""><span style="color: black;">The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive.  This position has a target total compensation range of $143,250 - $210,100.</span></span></p><p><span style=""><span style="color: black;">Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.</span></span></p><p><span style=""><strong>The application window for this position is anticipated to close on 7/3/2026.</strong></span></p><p><span style="">We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
