Introduction As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able to work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA HCM along with our Digital Change, HR Reinvention and AI teams. Responsibilities: * Lead client engagements, driving complex interface architecture, technical design, and issue resolution. * Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations, including Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid deployments across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HCM. * Apply hands-on expertise in middleware platforms such as SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and lead offshore teams * Collaborate with cross-functional IBM teams providing technical leadership Your role and responsibilities IBM's SuccessFactors & HR Talent Technologies practice is growing rapidly, and we're looking to add new team members to help accelerate that growth. We are hiring at the Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Senior Managing Consultant levels. This is primarily a remote role, with occasional travel to client sites based on project needs. As a result, we are considering candidates across Canada; ideally located in a city with convenient access to a major Canadian airport. As an Integration Expert, you will partner with clients to design, implement, and integrate comprehensive HR technology landscapes across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors HXM (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll & Time), S/4HANA HCM, , UKG (Kronos), and WorkForce Software. Your role will include implementation planning, requirements gathering through workshops, advising on leading practices, managing interface and integration development, and coordinating with offshore configuration teams. You will lead solution testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare support to ensure seamless operations. You will be responsible for defining the integration architecture and overall system landscape for national and global clients, driving operational improvements, developing business cases, and tracking performance outcomes. You will build strong client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and mentor junior team members to foster capability growth within the team. Required education None Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise * Minimum 4 years of experience in client-facing roles, leading complex interface technical design and architecture efforts, and managing technical issues and risks. * Proven track record as an Integration Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects, including Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid deployments, leveraging HR Business Integration Builder (BIB) for seamless integrations with S/4HANA HCM and HR InfoPorter frameworks. * Hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors API's, SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) for developing and managing interfaces. * Strong technical proficiency in XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON, and integrating via RESTful and SOAP APIs. * Please note that most of our work is delivered remotely, and since COVID, clients have realized that on-site travel is far less necessary than it was pre-COVID. As a result, your work will be primarily remote; however, there will be occasional instances where the client will request on-site attendance (for example, during iteration workshops). Due to this, you must be willingness and able to travel up to 4 days a week based on client requirements.
