The team resolves disputes involving temperature, accessorials, service, and shortages, determining accountability based on facts. They also identify potential fraud and work with Asset Protection on theft-related matters. Focused on consistent, data-driven decisions, the team safeguards Walmart's interests by holding the appropriate parties responsible.
