Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Team Coordinator – Remote Internships to support and manage remote internship teams across various departments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading virtual teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring task completion in a remote setup. You will serve as the main point of contact between interns and management, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and productivity across remote workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and communications among virtual interns across different time zones.

  • Assign tasks, track deadlines, and monitor project milestones using project management tools.

  • Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions.

  • Ensure that team members are aligned with organizational goals, deliverables, and expectations.

  • Maintain documentation of attendance, progress reports, and intern performance metrics.

  • Assist in resolving conflicts, answering questions, and providing administrative support.

  • Work with HR, supervisors, and department heads to align interns tasks with organizational needs.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team progress and bottlenecks.

  • Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging remote work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.

  • 15 to 20 hours per week (flexible, remote work model).
