We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator to manage the day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee relations in a dynamic, remote-first environment.


Main responsibilities:

  • Be the contact point for HR-related questions for CapsLock team members
  • Manage employee records and HRIS systems
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
  • Support employee benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist in event management and teambuilding arrangements
  • Support key HR projects, including performance reviews and training programs

  • Demonstrable experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with HR software and data management
  • Experience with reporting
