We're looking for a Junior Bid Manager who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about professional writing and business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain hands-on experience in tender management, proposal development, compliance, research, and stakeholder coordination.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Assist in the preparation of professional tender submissions and business proposals
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and format tender responses to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate information gathering from internal stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Support the development and maintenance of bid libraries, case studies, capability statements, and proposal content
  • Assist in researching prospective clients, tender opportunities, and market information
  • Maintain accurate tender records, submission trackers, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare stakeholder briefings, submission checklists, and supporting materials
  • Support compliance reviews to ensure submissions meet client requirements
  • Assist with improving proposal templates, processes, and documentation standards
  • Contribute to post-tender reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
