Title: J-CPT-11094 Recruiting Support & Candidate Sourcing Virtual Assistant

Overview

This rapidly growing organization is seeking two Business Support Virtual Assistants to support recruiting operations and help manage the front-end of the hiring funnel.

The company is currently experiencing significant growth across multiple physical locations, resulting in a high volume of open positions and increased recruiting demands.

The VAs will assist with resume review, candidate sourcing, applicant organization, and recruiting workflow support to help the internal recruiting team move candidates through the hiring process more efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented recruiting support role best suited for candidates with prior recruiting or sourcing experience.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Candidate Review & Screening Support

  • Review incoming resumes and applications
  • Organize and bucket candidates into workable categories based on qualifications
  • Identify candidates that meet role requirements and forward them to the recruiting team

Recruiting & Sourcing Support

  • Conduct candidate sourcing through platforms such as:
    • LinkedIn
    • Indeed
    • Other recruiting/job board platforms
  • Assist with identifying qualified candidates for open positions
  • Support recruiting outreach and pipeline organization efforts

Recruiting Workflow Coordination

  • Maintain organized candidate tracking processes
  • Help ensure recruiting workflows remain updated and accurate
  • Support the recruiting team with high-volume hiring needs

Administrative Recruiting Support

  • Assist with recruiting-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records and candidate information
  • Support fast-moving recruiting operations across multiple open roles


    Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Prior recruiting or sourcing experience required
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable reviewing large volumes of resumes and candidate information
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency


    Skills

    The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

    • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support roles
    • Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms
    • Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems or candidate databases
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Strong written and verbal English communication


      Work Schedule

      • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
      • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
      • Daily Working Time: 8 AM to 5 PM EST

      Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

      Terms of Engagement

      • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
      • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
      • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

      MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours/week (Full-Time)

      SHIFT HOURS: Standard business hours (to be finalized with client)
      SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday
      NUMBER OF VAs: 2
