Actualmente, estamos buscando un/a profesional con amplia experiencia en el área de elaborados cárnicos, especializado/a en la producción de embutidos y productos derivados, con dominio de procesos tradicionales e industriales. para una destacada empresa del sector cárnico situada cerca de Valmojado.

FUNCIONES:

  • Elaboración de productos cárnicos: salchichas, chorizos, pinchos, morcilla, butifarra y otros derivados.
  • Preparación de mezclas, masas y adobos según receta establecida.
  • Manejo de maquinaria de embutición y equipos de producción.
  • Control y producción del proceso de embutido, formado y preparación del producto final.
  • Cumplimiento estricto de normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria
  • Organización del puesto de trabajo y apoyo en la planificación diaria de la producción.
  • Colaboración con el responsable de línea para garantizar el correcto ritmo productivo
CONTRATACION :
  • Incorporación INMEDIATA.
  • Contratación directa, contrato indefinido.
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes 06:00 a 15:00 h (con pausa 1h para la comida)
  • Salario: Según experiencia € brutos anuales en 12 pagas.
REQUISITOS:
  • Experiencia demostrable en elaborados cárnicos.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de embutición y manipulación de carnes.
  • Experiencia en producción de salchichas, chorizos y otros elaborados tradicionales.
  • Persona responsable, organizada y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Valorable experiencia en industria cárnica de producción continua.
  • Experiencia previa en el sector cárnico.
  • Buena condición física y capacidad para trabajar en ambientes fríos (6-8ºC).
