We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in visual design, brand systems, product design, UX workflows, creative operations, asset management, and structured design documentation processes. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured design workflow review, product and UX documentation, visual system assessment, creative asset review, design handoff, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their design expertise to review realistic creative and product scenarios, evaluate design requirements, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based design workflow tasks. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Visual, Brand & Creative Asset Review • Review design scenarios involving marketing assets, brand guidelines, presentation design, illustration, iconography, typography, layout, and visual consistency • Evaluate creative outputs against defined brand systems, asset requirements, design standards, and source materials • Support structured review of brand applications, visual design artifacts, production specs, and creative documentation • Identify missing elements, inconsistent usage, accessibility concerns, and expected visual design outcomes Product, UX & Design System Support • Review product and UX design scenarios involving wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, design systems, components, and spec handoff materials • Evaluate design workflows against stated product requirements, interaction states, usability considerations, and documented design criteria • Support structured review of Figma files, prototypes, design system components, product specs, and handoff documentation • Prepare clear written explanations for product and UX design decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria Creative Operations & Workflow Documentation • Review creative operations scenarios involving asset versioning, localization workflows, creative brief interpretation, stock asset curation, file organization, and production handoffs • Evaluate creative workflow outputs against naming conventions, taxonomy requirements, localization instructions, and asset specifications • Support structured review of creative briefs, file trees, localization specs, asset libraries, and production workflows • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: • 3+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, product design, UX design, creative operations, design production, agency work, product company design, or related creative roles • Working fluency in at least two areas such as wireframing, prototyping, Figma, Sketch, visual design, brand systems, design systems, components, illustration, creative operations, or asset management • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, FigJam, Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday, or similar design and creative workflow systems • Comfort reading and preparing design artifacts such as specs, wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, creative briefs, asset libraries, production files, and design review notes • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly • Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work Educational Background • A degree or professional background in graphic design, product design, UX design, visual communication, human-computer interaction, media design, creative production, or a related field is helpful • Equivalent practical experience in design, creative operations, brand systems, UX workflows, design production, or product documentation is also highly relevant Nice to Have • Experience with design systems, accessibility review, product handoff, brand guideline maintenance, creative QA, localization, or asset management • Familiarity with Figma components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design tokens, brand systems, or creative workflow tools • Experience preparing or reviewing wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, presentation decks, creative briefs, asset specs, localization files, or design handoff materials • Experience in product companies, agencies, design studios, marketing teams, or creative production environments • Strong attention to detail in visual, documentation-heavy, and workflow-heavy design environments Why This Opportu Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
