We partner with organizations to solve complex business problems through innovative, scalable solutions. </p> <p>This role sits within our Strategy practice and is focused on helping clients identify, prioritize, and operationalize AI opportunities at scale. </p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong>  </p> <p>As an AI Strategist, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients—partnering with business and technology leaders to shape and execute their AI transformation agendas. You will help clients determine where AI should (and should not) be applied, and define the strategic, operational, and economic rationale for AI investments. You will lead engagements focused on AI opportunity assessment, AI strategy development, governance design, AI solution definition and business case development. </p> <p>In this role, you will assess current-state AI maturity, identify high-value use cases, re-imagine business processes and translate business needs into actionable AI strategies and roadmaps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies are practical, scalable, and aligned to measurable business value. </p> <p>You will not only own the delivery of client engagements end-to-end, but also be expected to drive the development of our go-to-market AI strategy offerings, support business development, shape proposals, and develop reusable methodologies and frameworks..  You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and driving the growth of the Strategy practice. </p> <p></p> <p><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong>  </p> <p>We are seeking a client-facing AI strategist who combines strong business acumen with practical experience applying modern AI tools to solve real-world problems. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where problem definitions are not given, and are expected to structure complex, undefined challenges into clear strategic paths forward. </p> <p>You are a highly skilled communicator and problem solver who can bridge business and technology, translate ambiguity into actionable strategies, and guide organizations through AI transformation with a focus on value realization. You are a driven self-starter who thinks strategically and can also define the practical steps required to execute that strategy successfully. You are interested in constantly learning, proactively developing expertise based on best practices and industry trends and understanding the latest developments in AI. You thrive in ambiguity and possess a blend of consulting acumen, domain knowledge, and entrepreneurial drive. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>  </p> <ul><li>Lead client engagements focused on AI strategy, including AI opportunity assessment, roadmap development, op model design aligned with business objectives </li></ul> <ul><li>Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and assessments to evaluate AI readiness across people, process, data, technology, governance, and organizational maturity </li></ul> <ul><li>Advise senior stakeholders on trade-offs, risks, and investment decisions related to change management and AI adoption </li></ul> <ul><li>Identify, prioritize, and define AI use cases and Agentic workflow opportunities through structured business process mapping and evaluation </li></ul> <ul><li>Work closely with cross functional teams to define future-state solution architectures and translate strategy into executable roadmaps & implementation plans </li></ul> <ul><li>Develop AI business cases, including ROI modeling (NPV, cost-benefit, effort vs. value prioritization) and value realization frameworks </li></ul> <ul><li>Design AI operating models and governance frameworks, including responsible AI, risk management, effective monitoring and model oversight practices </li></ul> <ul><li>Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors (e.g., LLMs, copilots, Snowflake/Databricks AI capabilities) and provide strategic recommendations </li></ul> <ul><li>Apply practical knowledge of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and enterprise AI platforms to inform solution design and feasibility </li></ul> <ul><li>Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track the business impact of AI initiatives </li></ul> <ul><li>Support Business Development through proposal scoping, client pursuits, and thought leadership in AI Strategy </li></ul> <p><strong>Required </strong>Qualifications  </p> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Business or related field preferred  </li></ul> <ul><li>3- 5 years of recent consulting, advisory, or other client facing strategy roles leading AI, Analytics, or digital transformation projects </li></ul> <ul><li>Demonstrated experience working with modern data platforms and AI tools, such as: Anthropic’s Claude Suite, OpenAI’s ChatGpt or similar LLMs to support analysis, prototyping, and solution delivery </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience working with or evaluating AI capabilities within enterprise platforms like Snowflake or Databricks with a functional understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong experience in business case development, including value quantification for AI initiatives </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience conducting business process mapping and translating processes into AI enabled solutions </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise implications and business applications </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience designing/advising on AI governance and risk frameworks </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong communications skills with experience presenting to C-suite & executive stakeholders </li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Preferred</strong> </p> <ul><li>Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), RPA, and MLOps practices is a plus  </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience evaluating and selecting AI tools, vendors, or platforms in enterprise environments </li></ul> <ul><li>Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, workflow automation, or AI-assisted decision systems </li></ul> <ul><li>Experience conducting AI readiness or maturity assessments across data, platform, and organizational dimensions </li></ul> <ul><li>Hands-on experimentation with AI tools, including prompt design, tool use, or workflow automation </li></ul> <ul><li>Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), PMI-ACP, or AI Governance/Responsible AI are a plus  </li></ul> <p>We are actively seeking candidates for full-time, remote work within the US or UK. Atlanta-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.  </p>
