If you are a driven professional looking for global career opportunities and exposure to high-impact projects within an international network of expertise, this is where you belong.</p><p>We are currently searching for an<strong> Application Support Analyst :</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide support for EDI transactions, FTP file transfers, ABI/customs uploads and general application support for Southern Border customer-related processes. The candidate will support Southern Border Operations with troubleshooting issues related to customs clearance, coordinate with customers for FTP password changes and configuration requirements, support client testing, validate application errors, perform retriggers/reprocessing, and work with business, technical, client, and vendor teams to ensure smooth shipment and customs data processing.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>EDI & File Integration Support:</strong> Provide day-to-day application support for EDI transactions, troubleshooting failures, missing/rejected files, formatting issues, and transmission errors.</li><li><strong>FTP File Transfer Management:</strong> Coordinate FTP account requests, password changes, connectivity issues, and access updates, ensuring secure file exchange.</li><li><strong>Customs & ABI Support:</strong> Monitor customs data exchanges, troubleshoot file failures or rejected records, and handle reruns/retransmissions of customs/ABI files.</li><li><strong>Southern Border Operations:</strong> Provide general application support for Southern Border customers, analyzing logs, file outputs, and system exceptions to resolve data flow delays.</li><li><strong>Client Testing & Layout Validation:</strong> Support testing and validation of file structures, mapping, and formatting during client onboarding or system enhancements.</li><li><strong>Incident & Change Management:</strong> Track, update, and verify support tickets and application defects using tools like SMC, ensuring compliance with SLAs.</li><li><strong>Cross-Team Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with development, QA, business teams, external clients, and vendors in both English and Spanish.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of experience in Application Support, EDI Support, or Integration Support.</li><li><strong>EDI & FTP Expertise:</strong> Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, file-based data exchanges, and FTP/SFTP/FTP2 troubleshooting.</li><li><strong>Customs Knowledge:</strong> Understanding of ABI/customs processes, including data flows, uploads, and downloads.</li><li><strong>Testing & Data Mapping:</strong> Experience with structured file validation, data mapping, and file troubleshooting.</li><li><strong>Ticketing Tools:</strong> Familiarity with change management and ticketing tools such as SMC, ADO, ServiceNow, ELF, or Jira.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills (Puntos extra):</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply chain.</li><li>CargoWise platform experience.</li><li>Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation.</li><li>Familiarity with XML, JSON, flat files, or delimited formats</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced Oral English.</li><li>Advanced Spanish.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, <strong>start your application on our website</strong> to join an award-winning employer.
