Looking for a Blender 3D artist to create ONE highly optimized .glb file for a web app using Three.js / React Three Fiber. Scene modern German-style 2-floor family house with furnished interior, garden with table + chairs, swimming pool, car garage, driveway, terrace/patio and balcony. Important deliver ONE .glb file + .blend source. The scene must be low-poly but good quality, optimized for browser rendering, smooth navigation and fast loading. Please use clean topology, optimized textures/materials, compressed assets where possible, and a clear hierarchy. All rooms and important objects must be clearly named/labeled for interaction, e.g. LivingRoom, Kitchen, Bed1, KitchenSink, Fridge, GasBoiler, WashingMachine, GarageDoor, Pool, etc. The app has light and dark themes, so the same scene should support both a daylight mood and a nighttime mood. Please prepare materials/lighting-ready elements so we can switch the mood in Three.js without needing a second GLB. Required areas/rooms Entrance/Hallway, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Master Bedroom, Children Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Bathroom, Guest WC, Home Office, Laundry/Utility Room, Storage Room, Basement/Keller, Staircase, Corridor, Front Yard, Backyard/Garden, Terrace/Patio, Pool Area, Garage, Driveway, Balcony. The GLB will be used as a navigation scene in a property/home services application.
