We're building out our sales function and need someone who can own the pipeline - from finding the right prospect to closing the deal.</p><br><br><p> </p><br><br><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Identify and build a prospect pipeline across IT services </li><li>Run outreach independently across email, LinkedIn, and calls - research your targets, craft your message, follow through</li><li>Map client requirements to our service offerings and position value convincingly</li><li>Own the sales cycle - first contact, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, and closure</li><li>Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene - statuses, next steps, forecasts</li><li>Hand off closed accounts cleanly to the delivery team</li></ul><br><br><p> </p><br><br><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>3-6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions</li><li>Proven ability to independently source and close deals - not just qualify leads</li><li>An existing network within startups, product companies, or tech procurement teams is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication - you can write a cold email that gets a reply</li><li>Short or immediate notice period strongly preferred</li></ul><br><br><p> </p><br><br><p><strong>What This Role Is Not</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>A role where leads are assigned to you</li><li>A large-team environment with dedicated SDRs doing top-of-funnel work</li><li>Suitable for candidates without prior IT services sales experience</li></ul><br><br><p> </p><br><br><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full Time </p><br><br><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote / Goa-based preferred </p><br><br><p><strong>To Apply:</strong> Send your CV in PDF format to <strong>communication@sofueled.com</strong> with a cover letter. </p>
