This role sits at the intersection of demand generation , sales enablement, and thought leadership, and is designed for someone who thrives at translating complex healthcare technology into compelling narratives in a fast-paced environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, AI, and Product teams to design and run high-impact campaigns, produce high-impact thought leadership content, and develop sales enablement materials that shape how Counsel communicates its value to enterprise buyers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and execute demand and lead gen campaigns via media partners and paid social (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads), targeting enterprise buyers. You will run structured A/B tests across messaging, creative, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events across Counsel's various enterprise segments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify performance gaps across channels, owning the recommendation of changes in approach to ensure outcomes align with internal KPIs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strengthen Counsel's position as a leader in AI-enabled care ****through high-quality thought leadership content such as white papers and blogs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with the commercial team to create sales enablement assets that support enterprise conversations, including messaging for outbound email campaigns, custom decks, and one-pagers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with marketing leadership and the commercial team to align on account-based marketing strategy and target accounts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage an activity calendar, ensuring all motions ladder up to organizational priorities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Measure, analyze, and report on performance of enterprise marketing activities to marketing and sales leadership.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS, with 3+ years of demand and lead generation experience in a high-growth environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience planning and executing marketing programs across various paid social, content syndication, events, webinars, and more.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience generating pipeline for a sales organization, having owned a number of MQLs, SQLs, and net-new revenue. You can also speak to how your work directly created revenue opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable using data to guide experimentation and decision-making. You understand how to evaluate performance across campaigns, messaging tests, and growth channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ability to produce high-quality marketing and sales assets such as white papers and one-pagers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analytical mindset, using performance data to inform marketing decision-making, including building hypothesis and recommendations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Genuine curiosity about how AI is transforming healthcare access.
