You will support the monthly and year-end close process, prepare journal entries, and support account reconciliations. You will work with senior accountants and finance leadership to ensure the integrity of our financial data. You will report to the GL Team Lead.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Post and review journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and recurring transactions.</li><li>Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.</li><li>Help with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.</li><li>Support internal and external audit requests by providing documentation.</li><li>Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls.</li><li>Identify and escalate discrepancies to senior team members.</li><li>Collaborate on ad hoc projects assigned by management, including contract review and cleanup, master data validation, and data updates to support ongoing needs.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of relevant experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) or related areas within a Shared Services environment.</li><li>Advanced English level.</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.</li><li>Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel<strong> </strong>including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and perform basic data analysis., Word, and PBI (or similar tools).</li><li>Apply Lean process methodologies and use AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, improve GL activities, and enhance accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations.</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
