Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Designer to join our expanding marketing team. As a high-end retailer representing both international and local baby brands, we offer a dynamic environment where you will work across multiple consumer brands and gain valuable commercial experience.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging designer looking to build hands-on experience while being mentored by experienced marketers and creatives. You will also gain overseas exposure aligned with Australian standards.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and marketing assets, including:

  • Social media graphics, reels, and carousel posts
  • EDM and email marketing assets
  • Digital advertisements and promotional content
  • Sales collateral, brochures, and presentations
  • Blog and website imagery
  • Creative assets for marketing campaigns
  • Product promotion and branding materials
  • Basic hand sketches and visual concepts for campaigns, store layouts, product displays, or creative presentations
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong Canva skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign)
  • A good eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
  • Hand-sketching ability and SketchUp skills for conceptual design, layout visualization, or presentation purposes
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an advantage
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
