Our values are Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Caring and Integrity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What will you do as a Human Resources Generalist?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a <strong>Human Resources Generalist</strong> in the <strong>People Operations</strong> department, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources duties including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance. This individual contributor’s performance will be measured by their individual outcomes, achieving individual targets/goals, their contribution to the overall team and buy-in to the culture of the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>A typical day as a <strong>Human Resources Generalist</strong> will include:</p><ul><li>Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage the unemployment claim process.</li><li>Support worker’s compensation, leaves of absence and benefits administration.</li><li>Work with leaders and staff to foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
