Job Description/ Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Talent Management implementation experience and will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering skills driven talent solutions aligned with business strategy and Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of: Oracle Cloud HCM Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills
  • Conduct requirements gathering and Cloud Map workshops with HR and Talent stakeholders
  • Perform gap-fit analysis, solution design, and functional documentation
  • Configure Succession Planning features including: Incumbent based, Job based, and Position based Succession Plans, Talent Pools, Talent Ratings, Readiness, Risk of Loss, and Impact
  • Design and implement Dynamic Skills, including: Enterprise skills taxonomy and skills library, Skills Advisor and Skill Center (Employee & Manager), Skill mapping to Job Profiles and Talent Profiles
  • Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data setup, and production cutover
  • Partner with technical, reporting, and security teams to ensure end to end solution delivery
  • Support client demos, training, and post–go live stabilization

  • Mandatory: 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementations (mandatory), Hands-on experience with Succession Planning and Oracle Dynamic Skills, Strong functional knowledge of: Talent Profiles, Career Development, Performance and Goal Management (integration perspective), Experience with Job Profiles, Job Families, and skill-to-role mapping, Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, Experience with Redwood UI
  • Good to Have: Exposure to AI-driven Talent and Skills features in Oracle HCM, Experience with Opportunity Marketplace or Learning integration, Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Talent Management preferred)
