The Sr. Employee Listening Consultant will provide critical leadership in delivering employee listening initiatives and guiding the Employee Listening Program Strategy, with a focus on utilizing AI to enhance employee experience and business performance.


Responsibilities

  • Guide Employee Listening and People Analytics programs and processes into an AI forward function, leveraging enterprise and functional tools to elevate the employee experience and drive business performance
  • Leverage AI tools and Agents (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Glean, NotebookLM) to develop data storytelling briefings, reports, and dashboards
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of standardized employee lifecycle surveys—including candidate experience, onboarding, exit, and engagement—while facilitating ad-hoc research projects with a strong customer and employee first orientation
  • Spearhead additional employee listening efforts, including focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, and passive listening
  • Design and execute bespoke analytical projects to address specific business challenges, integrating qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to provide actionable insights (e.g., AI Transformation Listening, Organizational Network Analysis)
  • Partner with teammates, leaders, and stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of people issues and challenges, identify the problems to solve using data, and scope survey needs for projects
  • Leverage both descriptive and inferential statistics techniques to support each survey project to maximize impact
  • Present program outcomes and insights to high-level executives and large audiences
  • Incorporate external best practices and other research to enhance data storytelling
  • Foster a culture of action taking by building scalable resources for leaders, managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders through change management techniques (e.g., communications and training)
  • Maintain good judgment when handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Perform other People Analytics analysis projects as assigned based on team need

Skills

  • Seasoned Employee Listening or People Analytics Professional with minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years related experience with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise, experience, and passion for survey design, project management, AI transformation, and employee listening approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies, needs and priorities into research questions or hypotheses, and select and apply appropriate research methods and/or statistical analysis
  • Experience with People and HR topics such as AI enablement, internal mobility, talent acquisition, and learning and development
  • Experience using Enterprise AI tools & Agents (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Glean, NotebookLM) to enhance people processes that boost productivity and enhance customer experience
  • Experience with Google workspace products
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience with employee listening platforms and people analytics platforms (e.g., Glint, Perceptyx, Qualtrics, Visier)
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
  • Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Organizational Behavior or relevant field
  • Ability to analyze data across multiple sources and distill insights to provide partners a meaningful story that drives strategy, action, and decision-making
  • Ability to work autonomously and validated experience leading complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects
  • Knowledge and experience with applying nudge theory for action taking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work-style with the ability to form relationships with all levels of collaborators to drive organizational change
  • Skilled presenter with the ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for multiple levels of the organization, including the C-Suite
  • Tech savvy with an ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Experience in a high-growth or tech environment
