RouteSmart Technologies, a leader in vehicle route optimization software technology, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Management and is responsible for driving product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with development, sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The Senior Product Manager will ensure that all products align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives. This position will focus on envisioning and creating descriptions of new features and user experiences for RouteSmart products, with a strong emphasis on mobile application development. Using the Agile development process, this individual will create user stories for potential development items and participate in prioritizing and managing timely feature development across product lines. Effective communication within the organization regarding planned features and timeline projections is a critical aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a deep understanding of user needs to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance the RouteSmart product suite. The starting salary for this position is anticipated to be in the range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year. At RouteSmart Technologies, Inc., we offer various base pay ranges depending on the work location within the US. Please note that base pay may differ based on your level of experience. This position is ideally hybrid. However, we are open to remote.
