What You’ll Do * Partner with Account Executives Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across Government agencies to solve diverse mission-critical challenges in citizen services, public safety, infrastructure, and community engagement * Partner with government agencies Design Slack-based solutions that drive value and significant impact in service delivery, operational efficiency, and citizen outcomes * Evangelize the "Slack-First" Strategy Show Public Sector CXOs how Slack acts as the conversational interface for Salesforce and third-party data. * Architect Agentic Workflows Design and demo how AI Agents (Slackbot & Agentforce) can be triggered, managed, and monitored directly within Slack channels. * Scale the Knowledge Enable the broader Salesforce Public Sector team on how to lead with "The Power of One"—positioning Slack as the primary engagement layer for all Salesforce clouds.
