You will work with an ambitious team of Solutions Engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver smooth onboarding, strong integrations, and high-quality technical guidance.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br>This is a hands-on, customer-facing role: you’ll lead integrations, answer technical questions in pre-sales and post-sales contexts, enable customers to use our public APIs (Pro API and CaaS), and ensure feedback from the field is translated into actionable product and documentation improvements.<br><br>This role is <strong>Remote</strong> with preference <strong>working on EST timezone.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong><br>What You’ll Do<br></strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own technical onboarding & integrations: </strong>Plan and drive customer/partner onboarding, integration timelines, and go-live readiness for API-based setups.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support Sales & Partnerships (pre-sales):</strong> Handle technical discovery, solution design, demos, RFP/questionnaires, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise opportunities and partners.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Be the integration “problem solver” during the onboarding (post-sales):</strong> Troubleshoot integration challenges, reproduce problems, propose workarounds, and coordinate with Product/Engineering to resolve blockers quickly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Enable and train developers & operators:</strong> Run workshops and training sessions, help customers build confidently on our APIs with best practices, examples, and clear guidance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build reusable assets:</strong> Collaborate with our technical writer to produce and maintain reference architectures, integration playbooks, checklists, and internal enablement material to improve consistency and speed across implementations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Bring customer feedback into the product loop:</strong> Capture structured feedback, identify recurring pain points, and help translate field insights into product and documentation improvements.<br></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering/architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong technical experience with APIs and integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks, authentication concepts like OAuth/API keys, Postman/cURL).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable with one programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java) to build lightweight prototypes, integration validation, and test workarounds with REST APIs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills across demos, solution design, and technical enablement with both engineers and business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High-ownership, service-oriented mindset, comfortable driving end-to-end solutions, unblocking others, and systematizing learnings into repeatable assets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building repeatable processes (intake, triage, enablement assets) to scale our services across many stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience owning complex customer/partner integrations end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving timelines to completion.</p></li><li><p
