This role serves as the system owner and subject matter expert for commission operations, ensuring accurate and compliant incentive processing while driving continuous improvement through data analysis and system enhancements. The successful candidate will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver actionable insights, improve compensation processes, and support strategic business objectives.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This position is part of the Sales Operations organization and will be remote within Europe, with a strong preference for candidates based in Poland. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>In this role, a typical day will look like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Administer the end-to-end variable compensation process, including commission calculations, payouts, adjustments, quota management, and case resolution.</span></li><li><span>Own and optimize the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) platform, including system configuration, governance, enhancements, and long-term roadmap planning.</span></li><li><span>Serve as the primary subject matter expert for commission processing and incentive plan administration, providing guidance to stakeholders across the business.</span></li><li><span>Analyze commission-related inquiries and system performance data to identify trends, resolve root causes, and implement process improvements.</span></li><li><span>Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to evaluate compensation plan effectiveness and recommend data-driven enhancements.</span></li><li><span>Support commission forecasting, accruals, and financial planning activities through collaboration with Finance teams.</span></li><li><span>Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, and audit standards while supporting internal and external audits.</span></li><li><span>Develop reporting and analytical insights that help leadership assess compensation program performance and align incentives with business goals.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The essential requirements of the job include:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</span></li><li><span>3+ years of experience in compensation, commissions administration, revenue operations, FP&A, sales operations, or a related analytical business function.</span></li><li><span>Experience administering variable compensation or incentive programs, including commission calculations and payment processes.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on experience with incentive compensation systems or enterprise commission management platforms.</span></li><li><span>Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets.</span></li><li><span>Experience using business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance requirements, and process governance within a business environment.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><a href="http://www.veralto.com/company/hach/" target="_blank">Hach </a>is proud to be part of the Water Quality segment of <a href="http://www.veralto.com/" target="_blank">Veralto </a>(NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
