We are looking for a Senior Front-End UI Developer with expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS, combined with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. In this role, you will craft scalable, responsive user interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of APIs and design systems into our multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive front-end interfaces using Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate mockup designs from Figma into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs and APIs.
• Ensure applications meet cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and usability.
• Build and maintain reusable components, libraries, and code for future use.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and uphold clean, maintainable, and efficient codebases.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and design principles to keep our platforms at the forefront of innovation

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development for web applications.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Expertise in translating designs from Figma into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, performance optimization techniques, and modern design systems.
• Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, focusing on scalability and user engagement.
• Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and basic API interaction workflows.
• Basic experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing web applications.
