Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling property listings, virtual tours, and promotional materials (social media, emails, blogs, etc.).
  • Digital Advertising: Manage paid ads across Google, social media platforms, and real estate listing websites to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demographics to inform marketing efforts and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relations: Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with property goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of campaigns, track ROI, and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal performance.
  • Email Campaigns: Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
