The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator Assistant to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with the HR team to schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and assist in managing recruitment documents. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team in scheduling and coordinating interviews, meetings, and recruitment activities.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documents, and recruitment updates.
  • Manage candidate data, including resumes, application forms, and interview notes, ensuring all information is updated in the HR database.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Support the recruitment team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other HR activities.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics such as the number of applicants, interview outcomes, and hiring timelines.
  • Assist in administrative HR tasks, including organizing training sessions and maintaining employee records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
