As a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing the best candidates for various positions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across different skill sets.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.
  • Job Posting & Candidate Outreach: Write compelling job descriptions, post open positions on various job boards, and reach out to potential candidates to gauge interest.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking Systems: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring progress.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally with a focus on remote recruitment.
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or customer service, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) is preferred.
  • Remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S.
