Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Elite Job. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Perform general office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and other administrative materials as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, office administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer service tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
