You’ll be part of a collaborative, provider-supported environment where your clinical judgment is trusted, your time is respected, and your work directly impacts patient access and experience. What You’ll Do As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, including: Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of acute conditions

Perform focused physical exams and order/interpreting diagnostics

Diagnose and develop treatment plans with support from collaborating physicians as needed

Prescribe medications and administer treatments (including injections/immunizations)

Provide patient education on treatment plans, prevention, and overall wellness

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for providers who are confident, adaptable, and team-oriented—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of patient care.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (unrestricted license)

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (urgent care strongly preferred)

Strong clinical decision-making and ability to work independently
